Dr Abhishek Agrawal's
Pilates Instructor Course
Most Pilates courses teach you exercises. This one teaches you to read a body, fix what's wrong, and prove you can teach all within 100 hours. Level 1 gives you the full exercise toolkit and trains you to assess posture and movement. Level 2 applies that knowledge to clinical rehabilitation. The levels are stages of professional capability, not exercise difficulty.
Accredited by the American Accreditation Association (AAA), USA
First, we use targeted Pilates-based exercises to correct posture imbalances, joint misalignments, and build true core strength. Next, we address faulty movement patterns to reduce pain and restore efficient, natural motion.
This course is designed only for those who are truly committed to their own growth and to helping others at a deeper level. It is not an easy path. But with the right guidance, structure, and support, you can gradually and steadily develop into a highly respected movement professional with the ability to change lives in a meaningful way.
Over the years, we’ve learned that this work is far more meaningful than teaching generic exercise. While many teach Pilates, few are equipped to support people through posture failure, injury, pregnancy, ageing, chronic pain, and life-changing recovery.
Here is how the course works:
First, you collect the tools — learning the full Pilates exercise library. Then you learn to read the body — understanding posture, alignment, and movement dysfunction by segment. Finally, you apply everything — including 10 hours of observed teaching with live feedback built into your 100 hours — so you graduate having already proven you can teach.

Frequently Asked Questions
The short answer is no — and here is why that matters to you. Clinical Pilates is a physical skill. Learning to read posture, cue movement corrections, and make real-time decisions with a body in front of you cannot be replicated on a screen.
Every hour of this course — training, observation, and teaching practice — requires you to be present with real equipment and real people. The instructors who graduate from this programme are capable from day one because they trained that way. That is the standard we hold.
Because competence takes time to build, and shortcuts produce instructors who are not ready. One hundred hours over four weeks is the minimum required to collect the full exercise toolkit, develop assessment skills, and complete supervised teaching practice with live feedback.
Programmes that promise certification in a weekend are teaching you to follow a script. This course teaches you to think clinically. If you are coming to Phuket for a month, you are leaving as a different practitioner.
The training runs approximately 5–6 hours per day across 4 weeks. That sounds intensive — and it is — but the time is structured across varied activities: direct instruction with your trainer, observation of live client sessions, supervised personal practice, and study time.
You are not on the Reformer for 6 hours straight. Most students find that by week two the pace feels natural, and the immersive structure accelerates learning far more than weekend modules spread over a year.
No prior Pilates instructor experience is required. Level 1 is designed as the starting point of the professional pathway — it assumes no prior teaching background.
Some familiarity with Pilates as a practitioner is helpful but not mandatory. If you have never used a Reformer before, we recommend taking a few sessions before your start date so the equipment feels familiar from day one.
The levels are stages of professional capability — not exercise difficulty. This is the most important thing to understand about this course.
Level 1 (Posture Pilates) builds your complete exercise toolkit and teaches you to assess posture and movement dysfunction by body segment. You learn to read a body, not just teach a sequence.
Level 2 (Clinical Pilates) applies that knowledge to clinical and complex populations — injury recovery, surgical rehabilitation, cancer recovery, elderly clients, and more. It requires Level 1 as a foundation.
Yes. Both levels are accredited by the American Accreditation Association (AAA), USA — an internationally recognised accreditation body. This means your qualification is valid beyond Thailand and recognised in many international markets.
We recommend checking the specific requirements of the country or setting you plan to work in, as some clinical environments may require additional local registration.
Unlike most certifications that assess you with a written quiz, this course includes 10 hours of observed teaching built into your 100-hour training (15 hours in Level 2).
You teach real sessions under observation and receive direct, specific feedback in real time. This is not a performance exam — it is a structured learning environment that ensures you graduate having already proven you can teach, not just having studied the theory.
Most students describe this component as the most valuable part of the entire training.
Both formats cover the same 100-hour curriculum and lead to the same AAA-accredited certification.
Intensive Intake runs on fixed monthly start dates — 5–6 hours per day over 4 weeks, alongside a small cohort of up to 4 students. Best for international visitors or anyone able to commit fully for a month.
Flexible 1:1 is private training scheduled around your life — ideal for local professionals or those who cannot commit to a fixed daily schedule. Available at a premium rate.
Yes — and many students plan their trip this way. Level 1 and Level 2 each take one month, so completing both requires approximately two consecutive months in Phuket.
If you are travelling from abroad and want to complete the full professional pathway in a single visit, reach out directly and we will help you plan the timing across both intakes.
Level 1 (Posture Pilates): ฿92,000 THB
Level 2 (Clinical Pilates): ฿85,000 THB
Full pathway (both levels): ฿177,000 THB
Each level includes 100 hours of training (direct instruction, observation, practice, and teaching assessment), all course materials, and AAA accreditation upon successful completion.
Accommodation and meals are not included but Phuket offers a wide range of options at various price points. We are happy to suggest areas to stay based on your budget.
Absolutely. Timing is personal and there is no expiry on interest. Reach out directly via WhatsApp or email and we will let you know the upcoming intake dates and hold a spot while you decide.
Intakes run monthly and are kept small — so if a specific date matters to you, it is worth reaching out sooner rather than later.
