We have been in Thailand for a month and the highlight for me was discovering this wonderful Yoga Studio within walking distance from our condo. I have attended about 15 classes at different times and levels. Master Ravi is awesome. Within 2 sessions he was able to demonstrate and teach me how to do knees/chest down flowing into cobra. It had always alluded me so I am thrilled. There were many other poses that he taught me the proper technique and alignment for. I am 66 years old and I appreciated that he didn't expect any less from me that he did the 30 year olds in the classes and when I thanked him personally for this courtesy he reaffirmed with proper alignment age isn't a limiting factor. The office staff were wonderful and booking on the app or in person was easy. We will definitely come back specifically for this studio and will then look at adding on to Yoga the personal health programs and also adding pilates. I can't recommend this studio highly enough. Thanks to the staff and Master Ravi.

I'm so glad to have discovered this studio! Having tried almost all of their yoga and pilates lessons, I appreciate the professional guidance from Dr. Abhishek, Master Ravi, and Denny, helping me grasp the correct techniques. In just under two months, I've noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall fitness.Everyone there is always friendly and helpful, facilities are nice and clean, everything is organised. We advise you to bring your medical reports including X-rays and MRI images.

What should I bring to the group classes and therapy sessions?

For group classes, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing for ease of movement and wearing sticky socks in Pilates classes. Yoga mats and equipment for Pilates classes and towels are provided. For therapy sessions, wear shorts for the first few sessions.
