COVID-19 Concerns, CANCEL Booking Fee Update, Notification Updates.
Dear, Valued Member
We have made a few updates to our membership policies effective from 4 January 2021.

2. Late Cancellation and No Show Fees.
A late cancellation is considered when you cancel your booking for;
- Trio Reformer, Group Yoga & Pilates classes less than 8 hours before, and
- Private sessions less than 12 hours before.
Effective from 4 January 2021, a class credit will be deducted, that means you will loose that booking credit. (same as our policy update in July 2020)
NO SHOW means, you cancel your booking less than one hour before or missed the class. No Show fee will be the WALK-IN Price for the class or Private sessions. The fee will be deducted from your membership. (same as our policy update in July 2020))
Be sure to cancel in advance to avoid these charges.
3. Notification Updates
We noticed some of you are not receiving email auto-notifications for your booking. We believe that the emails are being send to your spam folder. Please add our emails info@abbysan.com and drabhishek@abbysan.com to your contact list or search and move them to your inbox.
Alternatively, if you need SMS reminder for your bookings please contact us in person to discuss the logistics.
UPDATES - JULY 2020
Membership policy, Class cancelation and Package.
Dear, Valued Member.
We have made a few changes and updates to our memberships policies and packages effective from 1st August 2020.
1. Late Cancellation and No Show Fees.
A late cancellation is considered when you cancel your booking for;
- Trio Reformer, Group Yoga & Pilates classes less than 8 hours before, and
- Private sessions less than 12 hours before.
As per our new policy effective from 1st August 2020, a class credit will be deducted instead of a no show fee. For example, if you have 11K Starter package, and booked Group Yoga, upon late cancellation we will deduct the 300/-THB for the class as per your package.
NO SHOW is considered when you cancel your booking less than an hour or did not cancel and have missed the class. A flat No Show fee of 800/-THB for scheduled classes and 3000/-THB for private sessions will be deducted from your membership.
2. Scheduled Class Cancellations.
All GROUP classes that have less than 3 bookings will be canceled a minimum of 12 hours before its scheduled time.
All TRIO classes that have less than 2 bookings will be canceled a minimum of 12 hours before its scheduled time.
*Always check the Abbysan Pro App for canceled classes or message us whenever in doubt.
**Studio may cancel the classes at any time without sending a prior notice to all members.
3. Changes in Package.
- The 33K Regular Pass will no longer be available for purchase from 1st August. If you have purchased it before and want to renew, you can do so before 30 SEP 2020.
- Private Workouts – Anyone holding Starter, Regular, Couple, and Family Package can now book a private YOGA OR REFORMER workout session with ISSY and DENNY for a special 1,500/-THB (Until 30 SEP 2020).
- A monthly payment plan is available for ALL INACTIVE OR NEW clients, Please visit us or call for more information on that.
- Health & Special Need Packages to improve spine health, reduce Back & Neck pains, Shoulder Pain, Postnatal recovery plan, Pre-natal maintenance plan, Weight Loss Plan, Posture realignment program and more. For further details please contact us in person.

- Free and Trial passes are for local residents only.
- All Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Reserve the class in advance to expedite entry to classes.
- We encourage our members to book the class online through Abbysan Pro mobile app or Website to avoid disappointment.
- Our studios only accept credit cards for payment above 1000 THB.
- Set an autopay – This will ensure that you get the same renewal price during your membership with us. Your credit card will be charged after the last class in you package or on the same calendar day of each month or year.
- We do not offer unlimited membership plans.
- Abbysan is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- Full-Time Students & Retired Senior Citizens are entitled for 20% discount.
- Your memberships may be frozen due to Medical Disability. You must provide Abbysan Yoga & Wellness Centre with verification from your physician stating that your medical disability will prevent you from participating in yoga & wellness programs. See more details on “Membership Hold Policy”.
- Depending on the availability of the teacher and instructors the studio might be closed on some public holidays.
- Abbysan Yoga & Wellness Centre reserves the right to revise, amend, or cancel any classes due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.
- We have no more than 10 min late-entry policy for safety reasons.
- The yoga room temperature is maintained at 25 degree centigrade.
- Please leave your cell phone out of the yoga/pilates room. Selfies are allowed after-class.
- Towels, water, Yoga mats, and skidless towels are available in the studio for all members.
- Please note, if you have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your spot will be given to a fellow member on the waitlist.
- For safety reasons, bags are not permitted onto the floor in yoga/pilates room.
We all have those days when making it to class just isn’t going to happen. On those days, it’s important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind. Our class cancellation window and policies are similar to those that most studios have. In fairness to other clients waiting for (appointment) slots, a minimum of 24-hours notice is required for private sessions and 6 hours notice is required for group/reformer classes, in order to avoid a late cancellation charge.
- Members can cancel their sign-ups for all scheduled classes 8 hours in advance either online or through Abbysan Pro mobile app to prevent late cancel or no show charges.
- Non-Members should cancel the sign-ups for all scheduled classes and private appointments 48 hours in advance for the full refund.
- Private appointment can be canceled 24 hours in advance. Or Reschedule (same day) 12 hours in advance.
- All members holding Unlimited Membership, If do not show up to special 8ight and 3rio classes and do not cancel under cancellation policy in advance, you will be entitled to pay the full price for the class. This will automatically be charged to your credit card on file or your class booking system may be blocked, except in the event of an emergency. Up on payment we will unblock your account and allow you to book further classes.
- We offer ′one free no show′ every 6 months as a good will gesture.

We love our members, and we’re sure you love us, but sometimes you just need a break. Maybe you’ve planned a trip with family or a business trip or you just need some time alone. Putting your membership on hold is also a great option if you are nursing an injury or travelling out of Phuket. Because your account information will need to be changed, contact us via phone or email to pause your account.
Can my membership be placed on hold?
All Class Pass members may not put their accounts on hold at any time. In order to keep this amazing offer at a low and accessible cost, there are no holds or extensions on group class pass membership.
After your initial 3 months as an Abbysan’s Unlimited Member (unless otherwise stated) can put their membership on hold for a maximum 30 days per time and not exceeding 90 days per calendar year.
Membership hold requests will be processed within 3 days of receipt. Please email these requests to info@abbysan.com along with
- Appropriate proof and documentation like copy of travel tickets or visa stamp and share your fun photos with us.
- For Accidents, serious injuries, disability, hospitalisation, or death – Refund 25% of remaining membership from the date of notice or last attendance. Or Extension until full recovery. Or transferrable to another person.
- You can also request to hold your membership for your next cycle (this applies only to the monthly membership plans and once per year). Membership changes must be submitted through a phone call or email at least one day prior to your next cycle renewal.
How do I reactivate my account after I’ve been on hold?
You can remove your account hold at any time! Usually when you take the class during the membership hold, your membership becomes active automatically. Alternatively, please email your request to info@abbysan.com
Need to restart your plan early? Just contact us again and we’ll welcome you with open arms (and ears)!
Abbysan Yoga & Wellness Centre Co., LTD reserves all the rights to change the Membership On Hold Policy without prior notice and in some special cases.
Online Booking:
All members may book any and all classes in advance. If you find the spots are not available for your desired class, be sure to add yourself to the waiting list. As soon as some one cancels, you will automatically be added to the class and should receive a confirmation email.
Non Members will also be able to book the class through our booking app or website. Currently online payments options are not available. Please contact us and we can help you book.
Please be sure to check your spam folder as some emails may end up there. Search for info@abbysan.com and move it to the INBOX. This way you will always receive emails from us.
As always we are very happy to remind you for your class booking and Private appointments by email. IF you like to OPT-IN for SMS alerts please come and talk to us in person as there may be a small fee involved.
You can download our app available on both IOS and Android platform – “Abbysan Pro”.
You must book the class yourself on a first come, first booked basis, there is no automatic booking.

Class, Events and Teacher training attendees must understand that there may be invasion of privacy, defamation or nay other cause arising out of production, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of the classes and events and that all resulting intellectual property is the sole property of Abbysan Yoga & Wellness Centre Co., Ltd.
