During the 1:1 consultation, Dr. Abhishek will take the time to understand your wellness goals, assess your posture and movements, and discuss your pains, physical limitations, and challenges. He will tailor a comprehensive plan that meets your individual needs and sets you on the path to achieving your desired results.
Our pain relief therapy sessions are designed to alleviate discomfort naturally and effectively. Through a combination of specialized techniques and corrective exercises, these sessions will help reset and sustain your optimal posture, improve your mobility, reduce pain, and enhance your overall well-being to lead YOU to a pain-free and active life.
We offer invigorating group Yoga and Pilates Mat & Reformer classes that cater to all levels of experience, from first-timers to experienced practitioners. These group classes foster a supportive and enjoyable environment, making you feel strong, healthy, and full of energy, while also promoting mental relaxation and mindfulness.
The posture assessments are a key component of our wellness approach. Your posture and habits hold the key to a pain-free life; from simple headaches to chronic pain and degenerative disorders are one way or the other related to your posture and lifestyle habits. By identifying areas of misalignment and postural issues, Dr. Abhishek can develop targeted strategies to correct and improve your posture. This will not only reduce discomfort and strain but also help prevent future injuries, enabling you to maintain a healthier balanced body.
Yes, absolutely! Since our approach involves initial 1:1 consultation and posture assessment before creating a tailored plan to meet your specific needs and abilities; we believe that everyone can benefit from our personalized solutions and joyful practices, and we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.
While our therapy sessions are aimed at promoting natural pain relief and recovery, we do not provide medical treatments or prescribe medications. We encourage a holistic approach to wellness that complements medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider for any medical concerns or conditions. We advise you to bring your medical reports including X-rays and MRI images.
For group classes, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing for ease of movement and wearing sticky socks in Pilates classes. Yoga mats and equipment for Pilates classes and towels are provided. For therapy sessions, wear shorts for the first few sessions.
