Abyshek is very knowledgeable professional. His private sessions are like a combination of physiotherapy, Pilates, yoga and kinesiotherapy. Very holistic individual approach. He has helped me big time with the lower back pain and hip issues. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Abbyshek at Abbysan. After receiving a degenerative arthritis diagnosis in my right big toe, I began seeing him for treatment. With each session, I gained confidence and strength, eventually being able to walk without a limp. Dr. Abbyshek was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the body. He introduced new exercises at every session, including ones I could do at home, and even helped me prepare for a small hike with balancing exercises. Prior to seeing him, I had been walking with a limp for nearly two months and was feeling very depressed. Now, I can walk normally and confidently, although I do need to modify my activities. I am very grateful to have found such a helpful practitioner in Phuket.

We encourage a holistic approach to wellness that complements medical advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider for any medical concerns or conditions. We advise you to bring your medical reports including X-rays and MRI images.

What should I bring to the group classes and therapy sessions?

For group classes, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing for ease of movement and wearing sticky socks in Pilates classes. Yoga mats and equipment for Pilates classes and towels are provided. For therapy sessions, wear shorts for the first few sessions.
