We advise you to bring your medical reports including X-rays and MRI images.
For group classes, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing for ease of movement and wearing sticky socks in Pilates classes. Yoga mats and equipment for Pilates classes and towels are provided. For therapy sessions, wear shorts for the first few sessions.
