Do you offer unlimited class pass?
No. It’s proven that unlimited class membership only serves a small number of clients. Except a few most clients find it difficult to utilize the full potential of their membership plan, due to lack of time, traveling, work and family commitments as well as unavailability of the spots in the small group classes.
Why your membership plans are this way?
So we planned a credit based membership; where you deposit an amount with us that can be used to pay towards all services offered in the studio at a discounted price. The credit can be used for all our services including; group classes both on the Mat and equipment, Trio’s, Duo’s and Private therapy sessions.
What happens to when my credit validity expires but I still have the credits remaining.
Here you have two options You can TOP UP your membership plan with same amount, upgrade or downgrade and the remaining balance will be carried over and the validity will be extended as per your choosing membership plan. You can rush and use the remaining credit for group or private sessions. In some cases we can offer additional two weeks extension.In case none of the options viable, members can discuss the concerns directly with us but the management decision will be the final.The bottom line is, If you want to continue using our services at the discounted price you will need to top up your account on or before the expiration date.
How will I know when my credits expiring?
You can keep track of your credits and expiration date via Abbysan Pro mobile app. Check the screenshot to locate your Principle membership and credit balance.We will also inform you about the expiration date, 2 week in advance in person or via message.
What if I finish my credits before the expiration date?
Congratulations! You have truly used your membership with us and you are not just enjoying but taking the fullest advantage of our services. If you have used up your credits before the expiration date you can do one of the two things; Renew your membership by adding the credits. Upgrade your membership to get more discounts on our services.
