Dr. Abhishek mentoring a movement professional at Abbysan, Phuket
1:1 Clinical Mentorship · Phuket

Move beyond exercises. Think like a clinician.

Private mentorship for Pilates instructors and movement professionals who are ready to work with complex, clinical populations — confidently.

You can teach the exercises. But when a client walks in with a disc herniation, a post-surgical hip, or a chronic pain history — do you know exactly what to do, and why? That gap between instructor and clinical practitioner is what this clinical mentorship for Pilates instructors is built to close.

This mentorship is for you if

You are a skilled instructor. Now you want to be more.

Clinical reasoning is not taught in most Pilates certifications. This fills that gap — practically, case by case.

01

You want clinical reasoning skills

Learn to read a body, interpret movement patterns, and decide what to do — not just follow a sequence.

02

You work with complex clients

Chronic pain, post-surgery, hypermobility, disc issues — you want to handle them with confidence, not caution.

03

You are building a movement practice

You want to position yourself as a specialist — attracting referrals from physiotherapists and standing apart in your market.

04

You have a specific case to work through

Stuck on a client who is not progressing? Bring the case — and we will work it out together, step by step.

Dr. Abhishek Agrawal

Clinical Movement Specialist

Dr. Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science — a five-year traditional medicine degree — and has spent over two decades specialising exclusively in clinical movement.

He works with complex populations that most instructors decline: post-surgical, chronic pain, neurological, and high-performance athletes requiring precision programming. His framework is assessment-first — movement decisions are made by reading the body, not by following a protocol.

He runs two clinical Pilates studios in Phuket, Thailand, and trains Pilates instructors through his AAA-accredited specialist training course. This one-to-one mentorship is the ongoing, case-by-case complement to that structured pathway.

Process

How it works

Three steps from your first message to your first clinical breakthrough.

01

Message Dr. Abhishek

Reach out on WhatsApp. Tell him where you are in your practice, what you are working with, and what you want to develop.

02

Choose your format

Select the option that fits — a single case review, a live session, a bundle, or ongoing monthly support.

03

Start thinking clinically

Work through real cases with direct feedback. Build the reasoning framework that separates instructors from clinicians.

The difference between an instructor and a clinician is not the exercises they know — it is whether they understand why a body moves the way it does, and what that tells them to do next.

Common questions

Questions instructors ask

It is private, one-to-one mentorship with Dr. Abhishek, built to close the gap most certifications leave open — clinical reasoning. Your training gave you the repertoire. It rarely taught you how to read a body and decide what a particular client actually needs. This mentorship works case by case, using Dr. Abhishek's assessment-first framework, so you learn to interpret movement, find the root pattern, and program with intent rather than follow a fixed sequence.

Most instructors reach a ceiling when a client arrives with a disc issue, a joint replacement, or a long history of pain. The safe instinct is to be cautious, or to turn the client away. This mentorship teaches you to look past the medical label and read the movement underneath it — how the body is compensating, where the real limitation sits, and how to program safely and specifically for that person.

Yes. In a case review or a live session you bring the real client — their history, their surgery, how they move now, and where they are stuck. Together you map a phase-by-phase movement plan that respects tissue healing and the body's compensation patterns, so you can guide that client from early, careful movement back toward full function with confidence.

Yes. This mentorship does not teach you to diagnose conditions or to perform manual treatment. It sharpens how you assess movement — how you watch a body stand, load, and move, and how you turn what you see into precise programming decisions. That reading sits firmly within your scope as a movement professional. It simply makes your decisions more informed, and your clients safer.

You choose the format that fits — a single asynchronous Case Review, a live one-to-one Zoom session, a four-session bundle, or an ongoing monthly retainer. Before we speak, you send the client's history, structure, and current movement roadblocks. In the session we work the case together and map a clear movement strategy, so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

Take the next step in your clinical practice.
