Power Pilates Certifications FAQs
Do I get to call myself "Certified Pilates Instructor when I finish the program?
No, you are not officially “certified” after completing your Pilates training program; you receive a certificate or diploma that allows you to call yourself a Pilates instructor. To be certified, you must pass the PMA’s certification exam, but many instructors teach without it. While certification adds credibility, it’s not required to teach. Focus on gaining teaching experience, and consider pursuing certification later for added recognition.
