Believing strongly in a personalised approach to wellness, I have evolved from being a general practitioner to focusing specifically on movement and pain therapy. For over twenty years, I have explored the transformative realms of yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness.

This unique experience has driven me to create innovative programs that emphasise postural alignment and muscle activation—offering you long-lasting results that go beyond mere quick fixes.

Since officially launching my practice in 2007, I have been dedicated to providing a nurturing space for genuine, sustainable relief from pain. I am wholeheartedly committed to addressing my clients’ challenges at their very roots.

As a doctor of naturopathy and yogic sciences, I specialise in tackling chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural issues through uniquely tailored therapeutic programs designed just for you. 

I have had the privilege of working closely with individuals confronting various challenges, whether it’s navigating the emotional and physical terrain of postpartum recovery or overcoming the hurdles of sports-related injuries. My goal is to empower each person I work with to regain their mobility and strength and move freely and confidently.
