Is this class suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our Yoga and Pilates classes are designed for all levels, especially for those aged 30+ who are just getting started or returning after a long break.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment is required to start. A yoga mat is helpful, and light props like blocks or bands can be used optionally. We'll guide you through everything.

How do I join a live class online?

Once you register, you'll receive a Zoom link to join the class live. You’ll be visible to the instructor for real-time feedback and support.

What’s the difference between the monthly and class pack options?

The 12-class pack gives you flexible access with no expiry. The monthly subscription gives you unlimited live class access as long as you're subscribed.
