We do not place anyone into a class on day one. Every client begins with a structured assessment — because without reading your body specifically, any programme is guesswork.

We look at posture, breathing, movement patterns, and how load travels through your body. That tells us what is happening, why it is happening, and where the most useful place to intervene is. Only then do we prescribe.

Foundation Assessment

We read your posture, movement, and the root causes of your pain. You leave with a clear picture and a plan built specifically for you.

Alignment Reset

Private corrective sessions that address the specific imbalances we found — where the structural work actually happens.

Kinesiotherapy

Corrective and strengthening work that builds a body that is ready, strong, and balanced — continued until you feel prepared for more.

Long-Term & Group

Once your foundation is solid, structured small-group movement maintains and builds on everything you have corrected.
