These terms govern your use of abbysan.com and the services provided by Abbysan Yoga & Wellness Center Co. Ltd. ("Abbysan", "we", "us") in Phuket, Thailand. By using our website, booking a session, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Abbysan provides assessment-led movement therapy, private and small-group sessions, the Foundation Assessment, and professional training and mentorship. Our work supports movement, posture, and wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment from a licensed physician, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

2. Health, suitability, and assumption of risk

Movement and exercise carry inherent risks. By taking part you confirm that:

• you are participating voluntarily and believe yourself fit to do so;
• you will disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, and medications so that we can work safely;
• you will follow the guidance given and stop if you feel unwell; and
• you will seek advice from a qualified medical professional if you are unsure whether activity is appropriate for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept the ordinary risks associated with movement and exercise.

3. Bookings, payments, and cancellations

Sessions and courses are by appointment. Fees, deposits, payment methods, and our cancellation and rescheduling policy are confirmed at the time of booking.

Sessions, classes, and courses are booked by appointment, and for members through the Abbysan Pro app. The fees, deposits, accepted payment methods, and class-credit rules that apply to you are set out in your booking confirmation, membership agreement, or service agreement, and those terms govern your booking. Deposits, class credits, and package fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and rescheduling:

• Group and Trio classes: cancel at least 12 hours before the class to keep your credit.
• Private sessions: cancel at least 24 hours before.
• A late cancellation or a no-show forfeits the class credit or private session for that booking. Three no-shows within one month may result in the loss of booking privileges.
• We may cancel classes with low attendance. If we cancel a class on the same day as your booking, you receive 50% off your next class (based on the drop-in price).
• Genuine emergencies (illness, accident, family emergency) are reviewed case by case — please still cancel in the app, then contact us with your reason.

4. Courses and mentorship

Places on the Clinical Movement & Longevity Specialist Pathway and related training are limited and, for advanced levels, offered selectively at our discretion. Entry requirements, fees, schedules, and any certification standards are set out at enrolment. Completion of one level does not guarantee entry to the next.

Full course and mentorship terms — including fees, payment schedules, deposits, refund and cancellation conditions, attendance requirements, and certification standards — are set out in the enrolment agreement you receive when you join, and those terms govern your enrolment. In general, a deposit may be required to reserve a place; deposits and fees are non-refundable once a programme has begun, except where required by law or stated otherwise; and certification is awarded only on meeting the stated attendance and assessment requirements, and is not guaranteed by enrolment or payment alone.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, and our methods, frameworks, and course materials — including the RALLM Method and the Reconnect Method — are owned by Abbysan or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except as expressly allowed.

6. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abbysan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the current terms.
