Special 8ight, Yoga and Pilates classes are conducted for maximum 8 people in the class. Classes are conducted with small equipment’s like Toning balls, small weights, Sand bags, Swiss ball, Stability Ball, Pilates Ring, Elastic bands etc to increase the resistance. These equipment’s are also used to assist in proper muscle activation, prevent injuries and add challenge to your workout.
Group classes are appropriate for all levels, from experienced to someone who has never taken a Pilates or Yoga class before.
