Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of HR and administrative tasks for Abbysan Centre.
Oversee the daily activities of Abbysan Centre.
Perform cash management, bank related tasks, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting for Abbysan Centre.
Responsible for administering payrolls.
Responsible for training, evaluation, and assessment of employees.
Responsible for arranging travel, meetings, and appointments.
Responsible for developing and managing financial systems and policies.
Handle all financial transactions for Abbysan Centre.
Responsible for regularly holding meetings with directors and member of the board to review the effectiveness of the business Policies, Procedures, and Processes.
Maintain office supplies by regularly checking stock; placing and expediting orders; evaluating new products.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and scheduling repairs.
Define job positions for recruitment and manage to interview process.
Conduct staff induction for new team members.
Provide management with financial analysis, develop budgets, and accounting reports; analyze financial feasibility for the most complex proposed projects; conduct market research to forecast trends and business conditions.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Welcomes students and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Ensures that all communication with clients (e-mail, walk-in center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level.
Through interaction with students on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services.
Manages administrative duties assigned by the studio director and administrator in an effective and timely manner.
Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the Abbysan Centre’s products, promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information is supplied to clients when they make inquiries.
Identifies, prioritizes, and reaches out to new clients, and business opportunities.
Advocate for the customer’s needs, and communicate with clients.
Develops, executes and evaluates new plans for expanding sales.
Documents all customer contact and information.
Represents Abbysan Centre in strategic meetings Helps increase its sales and growth.
Writes winning proposal documents, negotiate fees and rates in line with organization’s policy. Responsible for handling business research, market surveys and feasibility studies for clients.

Skills: Mac and Windows operation.

Responsible for training clients in all aspect or Yoga/Pilates practice.
Guides clients during Yoga/Pilates sessions.
Attends regular training for new classes and rehearses for several hours a week.
Attends promotional events, such as photo sessions, for the show or event they are participating in.
